Question: Hi, my mom has come to Usa and misplaced her high BP medication. Can you help me to find the substitute medicine for this in usa. She has been prescribed triolmezest

Triolmezest 40 is a combination of three BP pills telmesartan 40 mg / hydrochlortiaside 12.5 mg / amlodipine 5 mg.

You may look for Triolmighty 40 that is a substitute for it on your local drugstore. However you may buy the separate three drugs (if it's not posible to find the triple pill).

Thank you for quick response. My mom is already using telmisartan 40 at night time. just wanted to check if the rest of the medication is available over counter. if it not available over counter can you be able to prescribe the medication.
