They suggest Vesicare, Mlyrbetriq, or Oxybutnim ER. Which would you recommend?

Brief Answer:
Mybetriq or vesicare

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

It is not easy to answer since all these medications are used for specific over-active bladder disorders and in different people may have different efficiency depending of type of disorder.

However, I think that Oxybutinin is the worst option and both vesicare and Myrbetriq are very good drugs for overactive bladder.

Vesicare may have some more pronounced side effects such as headache, dry cough but this is not commonly seen. Also, these 2 act differently, Vesicare exerts it's activity during elimination and eases the muscle contractions and Myrbetriq works at the beginning of the "fill cycle" and allows for more urine to enter, easily, without an Immediate urge to "go."

So, usually patients try several medications till the appropriate one is found. So, I'd suggest to try with Myrbetriq first, most people are satisfied with it and it is most similar to Toviaz.

Wish you good health.
Regards
