Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and do let me know the size of the stone to make sure whether it can be medically treated or surgically corrected.
1. U- prostone contains ingredients which have potent diuretic and lithotripic properties and also prevents burning micturition, so please consult your physician to prescribe the dosage that best suits your condition.
2. Cital- H is associated with too much side effects [hypokalemia,diarrhea, Gastro intestinal ulceration,anxiety,mood swings] thus is not preferred by me in treatment of the same.
DIET
i. Take: old brown rice, barley water, horse gram, green gram,white gourd, garlic, green leafy vegetables,boiled water,therapeutic emesis/purgation, maintain ideal body weight.
ii. Avoid: black gram,brinjal,tomato,milk & milk products, heavy/constipating food, lack of physical exercise, suppression of urges, egg,fish,alcohol, potato, beet root,onion,raisins,citrus fruits,cashew nuts, avoid diet rich in salt/ protein/ sugar, regular use of antacids,dehydration.
3. Other available home remedies are:
1. Chew sugarcane pieces and keep swallowing the juice
2. Drink 1 cup radish leaves juice for 14 days
4. Result oriented and my effective prescription in this case(s) which I usually prefer/courier to my patient(s) is/are:
i. Roustone capsules and Syrup [very got and effective treatment]

1. Although both contains same ingredient but Neeri is devoid of two best ingredients useful for dissolving kidney stone which are present in Roustone:
i. Hajrul Yahood Bhasma and
ii. Yavakshara, so Roustone is better among the two
2. Roustone is relatively safe for most of the people in therapeutic dosage and there is no recorded/documented Contraindication/side effects of the same hence can be taken with regular modern blood pressure medicine. [check regularly with serum potassium levels, and liver enzymes and kidney function tests]
