Suggest Ayurvedic Remedies For Profuse Sweating, Cold And Cough
Question: This is brief description of my 4 years old daughter.
1) sweat too much. Specially during slipping due to uneven room temperature in summer without AC. This causes Cough.
2) On opposite side if there is cold or cool temperature then she started Sneezing.
3) Both hot and cold weather creates problem like:- cough, cold, Sneezing, flux.
4) This ultimately causing breathing trouble, Sound like (ishhh) coming from her chest during breathing.
5) Her noses coming jam with flux which she used to take inside rather throwing outside as she is only 4 years.
6) Allopathic medicine not suitable due to test and Homeopathic not suitable due to slow reaction, all the time.
7) Her immunity power is very less as little changes of temperature (Hot or Cold) causes cough, cold, Sneezing, flux.
Now my questions are-------------->
1) What Ayurveda medicines you can refer so that 4 years old girl can take during cough, cold, Sneezing, flux?
2) What medicines you can prefer for breathing trouble and sound like (ishhh) coming from her heart?
3) This breathing trouble and sound is the effect of cough, cold, Sneezing, flux? or there is some other issues?
4) Is it something allergic behavior/ decises medicines??
5) any medicines how to incense her immunity power?
6) Are you recommending any vegetables or fruits for this breathing issues or increasing immunity power?

This problem is very frequent and depends on weather. If sweat very much during playing, or hot weather or, due to less fan during sleeping, the problem starts. Or if we forget to switched off the fan in the early morning when temperature getting cold during sleeping, she getting cold then the problem starts. So far our observation Both hot and cold weather creates problem like:- cough, cold, Sneezing, flux.
allopathic medication details?
Tried earlier not now a days: 1) Budecort-100 and Levolin inhaler, 2) levocetirizine.& Montina-L (5ml one time), 3) Ascoril LS (3ml and 3 times), 4) Omnacqrtil (6ml and two times), 5) Cepodem XP (3ml and two times),
6) coughflex (homeopathic, this is present medicines trying now a days)
whether she will get fever along with this cough and cold?
Generally not, as cough and cold is the main problem. But fever also comes sometimes.
did you vaccinated properly?
yes..up to date.

not sure. mother having salfer drug allergy. I may have dust allergy as i used to

Kindly give dasamoolaristam 15 ml with 30 ml of water (AVP pHarmacy) and Tab.histanin 1 from KAPL pharma. Twice a day.
For cough and cold – Swasananda XXXXXXX
Mix 1/2 tea spoon of Sitopladi churna with honey and take two times a day.
XXXXXXX cough syrup -5 ml thrice a day. All after food.
Karpurathi tailam- gently warm it and gently rub it in the chest.
2) What medicines you can prefer for breathing trouble and sound like (ishhh) coming from her heart?
The sound is coming from the airway- respiratory tract. Usually in cold and cough mucus secretion will be more in the airway tract . due to the inflammation in the airway tract constriction in the airway with produce sound the when the air goes in and out.
There is nothing related with heart.
3) This breathing trouble and sound is the effect of cough, cold, Sneezing, flux? or there is some other issues?
Breathing problem is because of allergic substances, predominantly virus and bacteria.
4) Is it something allergic behavior/ decises medicines?
We need to assess which one causing her allergy which further manifest into cold and cough. Possibly any food substance like egg,fruits or any dust,pollens etc. we need to identify that through lab investigation.
