General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Presently there is no known treatment for MSA. Only symptomatic treatment is available for making the patient more comfortable. Medication generally given to Parkinsonism patients is also being given to these patients, but results in these patients are negligible as compared to patients of Parkinsonism. Physiotherapy including speech therapy along with treatment of symptoms seems to be the only hallmark of treatment in your case.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
