seems to be lifestyle problem
Detailed Answer:
hai,
As Dryness of eyes occur due to lack of lacrimal secretion or some block in the lacrimal gland OUTFLOW.
i see patients coming with dryness because of prolonged usage of system. constant flow of light towards eyes will change the normal functions of eyes.
doxycycline is the not the drug of choice for dryness of eyes.
kindly get an opinion with an ophthalmologist to rule any structural abnormality in your eyes.
i didnt find any serious medical history from your query description that will systemically manifest dry eyes. so that i can conclude its because of your lifestyle.
in ayurveda dryness of eyes is because of abnormality vatha and pitha.
kindly follow the advise mentioned below:
take 2 drops of pure sesame oil and drop it in your both eyes in early morning using a dropper. leave it for 10 minutes. after half a hour wipe it. follow it once in two days. initally mild discomfort may experienced.no need to worry. follow it for one month.
take tripala choornam 5 g twice a day. after food.
pavala parpam tablet-2 twice a day.
take oil bath once in a week.avoid heavy food, travel, day time sleep, watching TV,intercourse while taking OIL BATH.
make a habit of blinking frequently so that your lacrimal gland will function normally and keep your eye moisture.
avoid dry food like pizza, fired items etc.take more leafy vegetables and fruits.
If there any clarification kindly let me know .
