Suggest Remedy For Clogged Lacrimal Duct In Eyes With Constant Tears

Hi,
My name is Lamees and I have a one year old daughter who has clogged Lacrimal duct in her left eye, which causes constant tears.
Nothing changed since her birth although I listened to doctors advice in massagging the area.
Four days ago I saw a redness in her eye in the right half.
I visited her doctor yesterday and she said that my baby has an ear infection and her eye is infected as well and gave us an antibiotic. But today i see the redness increasing and the tears are increasing as welll.
Should I worry?

it is a congenital block in canal. now you have to wait for infection to be controlled. massaging the area is correct advise. what is her age?. punctum dilatation and syringing cant be done without GA so you have to wait till the child grows up.
