Healthy home made food and exercises recommended
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Greetings from Healthcaremagic.
Your BMI ( 23.3 kg/m2) as per the height and weight mentioned by you is well within normal range.
The post orgasmic illness syndrome, or POIS in short, can actually be managed with an improved diet and regular physical exercises over a period of time. A healthy and nutritious diet would help you gain strength and fight the symptoms that follow an Orgasm. Elimination of processed and sugary foods from the menu would help, over a period of time. It is also important to avoid fatty and greasy foods in order to improve the symptoms associated with POIS. You might feel exhausted initially but doing the physical exercises and gradually increasing its duration and intensity would help you over period of time.
Certain foods that may help you control the sexual urges include coconut, tomato, cornflakes, mint and energy drinks including coffee and tea. It is believed that sexual desires arise in the brain and a thoughtful analysis of the situation and meditation might be helpful. Try and engage yourself in activities of interest that keep your mind busy and divert the attention away from sex.
As mentioned in the beginning of this reply, foods that are processed and contains additives and preservatives should be avoided to control the symptoms associated with POIS. Subway food is actually quite processed and contains many additives and preservatives to maintain flavor and texture of the products. I would therefore recommend you to arrange an alternate of the ready to eat food for at least a few months to allow the body to recover and regain its strength through the healthy homemade food.
Hope this helps.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Greetings... !!!
The foods that might be helpful in reducing the sexual desires are actually very limited, as discussed in the earlier reply, the chief among those are coconut, tomato, cornflakes, mint and energy drinks. You might come across many other names while talking to friends or surfing the net, but in reality these foods are helpful only when consumed in large, actually unrealistic, quantities.
My suggestion therefore is that you should find ways to keep yourself engaged in activities of your interest and focus on a well balanced nutritious diet that includes foods from all groups like cereals, fruits, vegetables, milk and its products and most importantly, the fluids, along with routine exercises the diet would help you overcome the problems.
A low fat diet with fresh fruits and vegetables is recommended for POIS, along with lifestyle modification and a strategic exercise plan that progresses from light and short workout to a more intense and longer exercise schedule.
Hope you find it helpful.
