Greetings.....

Healthy skin and hair both depends upon a healthy routine and balanced diet Even if you do not have enough time for elaborate routines, simple tips, as mentioned below, would help you feel good about your skin and hair.

•     Cleansing is important; starting the day with a glass of lukewarm lemon water with honey, cleanses the body and skin.
•     Take good fats, like soaked almonds and walnuts, peanut butter and liver oil capsules.
•     Green tea / Ginger tea with lemon and mild black coffee provides antioxidants and improves integrity of skin.
•     Fruits like banana, apple, watermelon, XXXXXXX and papaya are particularly important for skin health. Being rich in minerals and vitamins, they have many benefits like anti-ageing, and regenerating effects. They also improve the skin texture, elasticity, radiance and softness.
•     It is very improvement to exfoliate the skin regularly, a mask of mashed apple pulp, honey, XXXXXXX water and oatmeal, serves as an excellent exfoliating agent.
•      Include fibrous foods in the daily diet to support digestion and maintain regular bowel movements.
•     Regular sleep and sufficient intake of water and other non-sugary liquids is recommended.
•     Take sufficient sleep and give rest to the mind for better results.
•     Avoid fatty, fried and too much refined food.
•     Avoid harsh chemical hair treatments and also avoid using too much of styling gel and other hair products.
•     And lastly, always use protection against sun while going out. A good quality sunscreen for skin and live in conditioner for hair would help. Cover the skin and hair with a light cotton cloth to save it from harsh sun.

The diet for body building is basically a high protein diet with moderate carbohydrates. Regular strength training with a good blend of cardio would help in toning of muscles. Include milk, its products, nuts, mature legumes, egg whites and lean meat in daily diet to get sufficient protein and also include fresh vegetables and fruits for daily dose of minerals and vitamins. If you are on strict weight lifting exercises than I would suggest you to start taking a protein supplement with Whey Concentrates to help in muscle development.
