Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of diabetes and the sugars are usually the balance between the two things- things that increase the sugars or calorie input (food) AND the measures to improve the sugars- diet ,exercise and medicine schedule.
From the query, I remain unaware of the medicines and the dose given. Also, I unaware that what do you think of as low sugars. I have to recommend that you mention the same next time in the following query.
Ideally, we recommend that you have a diet that has not a high glycemic index. In other words, the rise of sugars should be steady. It should not be peak. However, in my experience, I have found that it is a good idea to get small portion of the food you are fond of. It helps you to stick to the diet better.
Also, regular exercises, specially walking moderate distance is more suitable for good measure of the sugars.
In the following question, add a lost of food you like to eat. It will give me a clue as to the diet you prefer. Suggested diet without this information may contain all things you dislike.
Please respond with required information for better advice.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am glad to hear from you.
I have read your query. I have read your reports.
I think I should tell you that you have well controlled blood sugar levels. I think the medicines should be reduced. The mild increase in your blood sugar level will reduce your fatigue.
I would suggest that you meet the doctor again for the reduction of the dose. I hesitate in doing so, because 1 single blood sugar level reading should never be used to modify the therapy. The whole picture has to be evaluated before medicine are changed. But I genuinely think that the reduction of the dose will help you.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact me for further information on the subject. I will be glad to hear from you.
