Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. I appreciate your concern regarding your father. For liver cirrhosis and HCC give him high protein 1.5 gram/kg/ day and salt restricted diet 2 gram salt / day (Half teaspoon).

For IBS avoid cabbage, beans, pulses, and milk. And take high fibre diet. Take lots of vegetables and fruits as they contain lots of fibre, minerals and vitamins. For diabetes take the opinion of doctor from which he is taking treatment as it will depend on the sugar levels and his weight and activities. In nut shell for diabetes he has to avoid sugar and sugar containing foods.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health. If you have further query I will like to answer that too.
