Brief Answer:
Acceptable but more replacement with clear fluids will be better

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

Yes , the diet is acceptable but you should keep the following points in mind.

Bowel preparation before a scheduled colonoscopy includes that you should start taking only clear fluids 24 hours before the procedure.

Till then the 2 or three preceding days diet should also consist of more fluids and less fiber and meat especially red meat or other foods rich in fats or poorly digested or prone to causing constipation.

Ideally at colonoscopy an empty colon is required as much as possible for adequate view, Fleet Phosphosoda or sodium picosulfate/magnesium oxide/anhydrous citric acid (Prepopik) may be prescribed for the 24 hours preceding the procedure to empty the bowels at regular intervals.

wishing you best of health

thanks
