Brief Answer:
Oral iron therapy is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

The weakness in your case can be attributed mainly to the hypothyroid state and iron deficiency.

Its extremely important that you receive external iron supplementation in the form of 60 mg of elemental iron 3 times a day.

Such therapy for 6 months is needed.

Hiatal hernia needs antibiotic treatment for 2 months before making decision to proceed to surgery if needed based on the grade of the hernia.

Diet should consists of fruits like pomegranate and apple.

Oatmeal for breakfast is good enough to improve iron.

Avoid vegetables like spinach and cabbage as they can worsen hypothyroid state.

Avoid fatty meal as it can aggravate anthral gastritis.

PCOS needs management with hormones and metformin.

All these drugs mentioned to be taken only under strict medical supervision.

Thank you.
