Brief Answer:
Diet and medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

If you were my patient I would have continued the same course for another one week along with Normaxin.
So please see your doctor to extend the prescription and Normaxin twice a day.
Some dietary changes are also required. I prefer liquid diet during pain days. Slowly shift to semisolid and solid food.
Apples, celery, carrot, beans, brocolli are preferred. Eat high fibre food and low fat food. Avoid carbonated beverages and acidic foods.
It is good to see a dietitian as well.
