schedule is as follows
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
In general recommended schedule for champix is as follows
Week 1 Dosing Schedule:
Day 1 – 3: Take one white CHAMPIX 0.5 mg tablet once a day.
Day 4 – 7: Take one white CHAMPIX 0.5 mg tablet twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, at about the same time each day.
Week 2 (day 8) to the end of treatment: There are two dosing options.
1. Continue on 0.5 mg twice a day
Day 8 - end of treatment: 0.5 mg twice a day: Continue to take one white CHAMPIX 0.5 mg pill in the morning, and one in the evening, at about the same time each day.
2. Start taking 1.0 mg twice a day (depending on response to the treatment, numbers of cigarettes per day and tolerability of the drug)
Day 8- end of treatment: 1.0 mg twice a day: Take one light blue CHAMPIX 1.0 mg pill in the morning, and one in the evening, at about the same time each day.
The maximum dose of CHAMPIX is 1.0 mg twice a day.
CHAMPIX should be taken with a full glass of water, after eating.
CHAMPIX should be used in combination with quit-smoking education and counselling. Treatment should start 1 to 2 weeks before the date the person has set to quit smoking (the "quit date") and continue for 12 weeks.
It is better to take the drug with doctor'e prescription for dose adjustment.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Dr.Chintan Solanki.
past attempts are successful than you can go for it again
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for clarifying the question and sorry for misunderstanding the question.
Many patients relapse after stopping champix.
If your past attempts were successful you can try again providing that you do not have side effects and you are taking every time under doctor's guidance.
Main point is to prevent relapse. Counselling and bupropion are alternatives for prevention of relapse.
Remember an important point that for any deaddiction motivation of the person to quit the substance is essential. Drugs are there to prevent withdrawal and smoothing the process of quitting.
All the best feel free to discuss further.
