I think you want to say why you have to take buspar every day sometime in divide dosage.

Buspirone has short half life of 3 hours and to be effective for whole day it should be taken 2-3 times a day. When you take it at specific time plasma level of drug remains appropriate and drug becomes more effective and less side effects.
