Brief Answer:
Duration of action is 3 weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
Corticosteroids (Triamcinolone (kenalog) ) is not given again and again for problems like plantar fascitis. Usual duration of action is 3 weeks. There wont be any need of continuous injections as this is a self limiting condition. But if this injections are repeated after 4 weeks there won't be any problem.
