Question : levemir vs lantus dosages? Are they the same units per ml?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although they are different drugs, their dosage is the same when switching from one to the other. When we switch from lantus to levemir (or vice-versa) we need the same number of units per day to achieve the same result. Remaining vigilant for hypo- or hyper-glycemia is warranted anyway. It would be a new drug for you and you can never be 100% sure before you try... I'm sure everything will be fine!
