Suggest Dosage For Minoz OD While Suffering From Scalp Folliculitis

Question: What is the recommended dose for Minoz OD 100mg for acute folliculitis? The folliculitis is inflamed badly on the scalp. It hurts.

I just finished a three day azithromycin 500 once a day three days dose.
