Brief Answer:
Correct dosage is 0.6 ml if fever occurs
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxx,
Welcome to hcm.
can understand your concerns.
p-125 drops contain 100 mg paracetamol in 1 ml.
Paracetamol is given in dosage of 15 mg/kg, since your child weight is 4.1 kg the dose of paracetamol should be around 60 mg per dosage.
1 ml has 100 mg so you should give 0.6 ml if fever occurs.
1 drop is equal to .05 ml for most of fluids but as the density of fluid increases the drop is bigger.
I suggest you to give by dropper as it is more accurate.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
