Suggest Dosage For Tenofovir, Norvir, Lamivudine And Atazanavir
Question: Hello Doctor. I'm currently on HIV PEP, and I was taking my pills everyday at 5pm (Lamevudine, Tenofovir, Atazanavir, Norvir). This morning, because of strong evidence, I thought I had missed my dose yesterday, so I took the pills at 11am. Then I found other evidence that suggested I had not missed that dose. So, basically, now I don't know if I missed my dose yesterday at 5pm (I'm almost literally 50/50% on this, siding to the possibility that I did miss it), and I took a dose today at 11am. What should I do now? Extra information: I did not had any perceivable colateral effect since the beggining of the treatment (I'm 18 days in), aside from a bit softer fezes and yellowish skin (but every other blood exam result aside from bilirubin showed perfect liver functions. The high bilirubin is because I was more susceptible given I have Gilbert's Syndrom). Just thought this might be relevant to and eventual decision that the risk of overdosing might be better than underdosing. It is already 5pm where I live, so I would appreciate a response as quickly as possible. Thank you.

thanks for replying. Actually, in the end, I was not sure wheter I had taken the dose the day before yesterday or not (I was 50/50% on this, but more inclined to think that I did forget to take it). Aditionally, because I wasn't getting the aswer (I know it was kind of a last minute request), I ended up taking my dose yesterday at 8pm.
So, just so you can get the full picture clearly:
Saturday 21, 5pm - Not sure if I did take my pills or not (50/50%)
Sunday 22, 11am - Because I wasn't sure, I took a dose
Sunday 22, 8pm - I wasn't sure what to do, so I took another dose (I did read it online that if I had forget to take a dose, I should take it as soon as possible and continue all other regular doses)
It's Monday 23, 3pm where I live now. What should I do next? Resume my 5pm doses, or continue taking them at 8pm?
