Question: can you please tell how often I should be taking the buscopan 10th and loperamide 2nd, thank you for your help

Buscopan which is antispasmodic can be taken 10 mg every 8th hourly for relief of intestinal colic .
Loperamide which is antimotility drug used in management of loose stools can be taken in following dosage under the prescription of registered medical practitioner
1. 4 mg of Loperamide initially
2. 2 mg of Loperamide after every bout of loose stools. Not exceeding 16 mg of Loperamide in 24 hours
