Suggest Dosage Of Cardizem After Missing One Dose
Question: Have been on cardizem 30 mg 4 days and discharged from hospital
Schedule...3 times daily...6am 2pm 10am
I OVERSLEPT THIS MORNING AND TOOK MED AT 8AM ..DR' OFFICE CLOSED TODAY AND ALREADY WENT TO ER YESTERDAY THINKING i HAD A SYMPTOM...(NEGATIVE)
NOW, WHAT SHALL i DO?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that you have nothing to worry about.
If you missed the time 6am, and took the drug at the time 8am, you can postpone the other periods of the day when you should take the drug, in order to divide the day in equal parts : 8am, 4pm, 12pm (every 8 hours).
You can do this even in the next days.
There is not a big difference in 2 hours delay.
So, relax and don't worry about it!
