Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to your current therapy adverse effects. For this reason, I would recommend first stopping lipitor and see if your situation improves. This drug may cause severe fatigue and muscle cramps.

I would also recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure and check your complete blood count for anemia. Low blood pressure can mimic this clinical situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
