If I were your treating doctor I would advice Cetrizine 5 mg twice a day.
Nasal saline drops like Nasoclear, instill 2 drops in each nostril 4-6 days and steam inhalation twice a day.
Continue salt water gargles.
If you will not feel better after 2 days or if you gets fever then I suggest you antibiotics like Azithromycin(if you does not have allergic to medication)500 mg once a day after lunch for 3 days. This is prescribed medication.
Avoid exposure to cold weather.
Avoid spicy food.
