Question: semens leackage after urination. which is best medicine. From past one year i am facing problem on daily basis.Please suggest medicine or treatment

I have gone through your query. Due to B12 deficiency this can occur. So taking B12 supplements will be helpful. Taking 100 micrograms daily will be helpful for this. Avoid excessive masturbation. If condition doesn't improve then better to have an examination by urologist and to do ultrasound examination of prostate.
