Brief Answer:
Aerobic exercise is suggested for healthy living and heart training

Detailed Answer:
Hello I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
Now when you say you have angina, it means it's proven that the reason for chest pain is blockage on coronary, or do you only have chest pain.
Let me know exactly so I can even help you with diagnosis and treatment to help you reduce the angina.
Now In angina all aerobic exercise like walking , jogging, swimming, yoga, stretching exercise, such that you stop before the onset of angina, and slowly built your tolerance.
Exercise such at heavy weight lifting, sports like squash, tennis or anything which requires instant burst of energy should be avoided.
The type of exercise you can do depends on how fit and active you are. Let me know something about it and I will plan an exercise plan for .
