Question: my daughter has cirrosis what vitamin or herb is best to heip rejuvinate her liver

I would like to tell you that recent concept is to give a healthy nutritious diet and that is enough.
Cirrhosis patients are sometimes deficient in vitamin D. So it will be good to get her serum vitamin D levels done. If that are low then we can give her supplemental vitamin D. A herbal preparation called syrup liv52 is usually also given in XXXXXXX
No extra vitamin or supplements are required. Make sure she is not constipated and passes stool every day.
More over I would like to know what is the reason for cirrhosis? Is it viral or something else.
