Brief Answer:
Oils, Liver, Yolks, Dairy and even some Grains

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern regarding the Vitamin D.

The main foods that contain Vitamin D include fish, fish liver oils, egg yolks and fortified dairy (milk and milk products), grains (like wheat), etc.

A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mL is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/mL indicates vitamin D deficiency.

Also known as "sunshine vitamin" Vitamin D is produced by the body in response to skin being exposed to sunlight.

15 to 20 minutes daily exposure to the sun preferably between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm if you have a light colored (fair) skin is required for the synthesis of Vitamin D in the skin.
Black skin may require six times the sun exposure to make the same vitamin D levels as a very fair-skinned person.

Beside you must avoid using sunscreens, use light loose clothing.

Hope the suggestions given above will be helpful.
