Thanks for consulting us.
As Ayurveda includes lifestyle, internal medication, panchakarma, yoga, diet restriction.
So there is no mode of practice like medicine for disease like modern medicine.
I need some details for proper guidance.
How long you suffering from this problem ?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Some more details:
Diagnosis
I’m not certain about the length of time dyskariosis has been present. I had a pap smear 2 months ago and received a letter informing me of abnormalities. Further tests showed high grade dyskariosis of moderate severity and sufficient cells were found during the colposcopy to warrant a Lletz.
I opted not to go ahead with treatment as I was suffering from cystitis at the time and was worried about cross infection. I also wanted to explore the possibility of curing it naturally.
I have only had discomfort since having a biopsy but this dissipated after a few days - I don’t feel any actual discomfort but am simply aware that the condition exists.
Lifestyle
I have had a high-stress job and lengthy commute for the last 2 years but have resigned and will be self-employed in 2 weeks’ time. This will greatly lower my stress levels, allow me to eat more healthily and exercise far more.
Diet & supplements
My diet has been relatively good for the last 2 years but I have greatly improved it over the last 2 months. I’m am now largely vegetarian, primarily eating whole, raw foods such as nuts, olives, carrots, celery, dark greens (spinach, XXXXXXX coriander, dill, parsley), radishes, beetroot, chicory, tomatoes, cucumber and artichokes.
I use olive oil and coconut oil for cooking and use eggs and avocados as protein/fat sources.
Supplements include omega-3 tablets and Solgar VM2000 multivitamin tablets.
Exercise
In terms of exercise, I haven’t been doing enough exercise over the last year (1-2 sessions a week) but have picked up on the intensity significantly. I now do yoga once a week, pilates twice a week, weight-bearing exercise once a week and walk about 3 hours a week.
I have also recently started meditating.
Previous illness
Past ailments include a severe eye infection caused by chlamydia (3 years ago), which required a year of treatment.
Do let me know if you require any further info.
Thanks for your reply.

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Dyskariosis was a rare treating condition with oral herbal drugs.
As in ayurveda we use immune modulating drug such as guduchi (tinospora cordifolia),semicarpus anacardium for pre malignant condition.
Some of the herbo mineral and metal preparation are used in pre malignancy stage and malignancy.
However, Patient need physical assessment and in patient treatment schedule for 30 – 40 days. It will depends on the patient condition response to the treatment schedule.treatment protocol will differ according the disease pattern.
There is no study that proved against with dyskariosis with herbal management.
My ideal suggestion is to undergo the LLETZ procedure, as your condition is high grade and moderate severity. So that you can avoid the chances of getting malignant type.
After the treatment you can take anti cancer herbs such as guduchi, saraca asoka as a prophylaxis manner. Ashwaganda and guduchi based rasayanam will rejuvenate and keep away you from cancer.
as your current lifestyle and diet plan are well appreciated.
Hope I given you an idea to go about. Kindly get back to me for any clarification.
