Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been proved to have problem of Interstitial Cystitis

1) Is the diagnosis of Interstitial Cystitis confirmed by Cystoscopy and Biopsy of the bladder?
2) Are other causes of pain ,urgency and frequency ruled out by urine culture etc?
Unfortunately there is are no medicines that can cure interstitial Cystitis.However following general measures help to prolong the relapses of this condition.
1) Take soft diet and avoid Citrus fruits and foods containing high quantity of acids like Pineapple ,grapes,etc .
2) Avoid carbonated beverages like soft drinks
3) Bladder training is of much help to relieve symptoms
Pass urine at frequent intervals though your bladder is not full of urine .
4) Have a regular exercise

These measures will help to prolong the period of relapses which is common feature of this disease .
