Suggest Homeopathic Treatment For Swyer Syndrome
Question: My girl has Hypoplastic Uterus, and scan revealed No OVARIES. The has pubic hair and fairly normal size breasts. She is 23 and has not seen her menses, not even once. NO FLOW whatsoever. Does Homeopathic Medicine have a treatment for this?
Brief Answer:
?swyer syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
This can be a case of Swyer syndrome with XY complete gonadal dysgenesis, with hypo plastic uterus with streak ovaries and likely presence of gonads which are not visible in ultrasound.
Please get a karyotyping done to look for an XY pattern in every cell. If karyotype is XY then she is genotypical male and may require gonadectomy to avoid any development of gonadoblastoma.
Regards

I have added another report for her. Does this give any further insight into her diagnosis? We will still look at the Karyotyping check-up. Please advise. Thank you.
