Suggest Homeopathic Treatment For Symptoms Of Cardiac Asthma
Last month he was admitted and we got to know his left side of heart had multiple block, hence he underwent CABG bypass surgery and is at recovering at home now. Post surgery also he has cough during nights. Don’t know what to do and which doctor do we show.
Wanted to know if homeopathic treatment can help him on this.

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting the Alternative Medicine Section and after reviewing your case I'm of the following opinion:
1. He is/was probably suffering from cardiac asthma [high blood pressure is the commonest cause] or complication [right sided failure/respiratory failure/ pulmonary hypertension due to Pulmonary Fibrosis]
2. As he underwent CABG so the attending surgeon must be fully aware of his present condition and medicines [remain under his regular supervision/ guidance]
PS. persistence of cough post surgery could be due to leftover residual volume overload which is normal.[ or consult your attending Doctor]
3. As Fibrosis [scarring] is always permanent thus medicine(s) have very limited role to play, lung transplantation is the only available therapeutic option.
4. One can give medicine(s) in order to slow the progress of the disease or alleviate the symptoms for which
i. VASA Capsules, Agastya Haritki,Shwas Kuthar Ras, Kafketu Ras, Godanti Bhasma,Somlata Churna in Ayurveda and
ii. Nat- Phos in the 200 C [single dose], Beryllium, Silica in Homeopathy are ideal choice.
PS. We do prepare authentic and result oriented preparations for such case(s), if Interested I can courier you the said medicine along with diet regime.

I have already consulted Homeocare for dad's cough and had started medicine for a week, post which he had heart surgery. Not sure what medicines they have given and names are not revealed.
Do advice if I continue with Homeocare international for the treatment. Also so suggest any doctor or hospital at XXXXXXX where I can take him for proper diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back
1. your attending physician/surgeon must be told about the same [so as to exclude any drug drug interaction [if any], and one can safely continue with the said medicine(s) but also keep them updated about the same.
2. As I'm not fully aware of the Doctor/Hospital in XXXXXXX so you can see the Doctors section in HCM itself and check yourself with all the available doctors/ hospitals at XXXXXXX
