Brief Answer:
Drug free life is best solution

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Generally the ill effect of smoking as well as alcohol start reverting back the day you stop their use. Most of the young person do not need any additional support.

The key to healthy kidney is [plenty of water intake and regular exercise.

Similarly for liver eating healthy like green vegetables and fruits while avoiding junk food is only thing which is required.

The effect generally take time and if any body lives substance free life they recover almost completely. In case there is further exposure to smoking or alcohol the damaging effect will be much more.

So to conclude
Avoid tobacco
Avoid Alcohol
Do regular exercise
Take less calorie foods and less salt foods
Take plenty of water

To make your body healthy.

I hope this helps you.
