Brief Answer:
As detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Nice to hear from you again.
How is your Mother now?

Your specific questions:
- what precaution an individual should take to protect himself/herself from Gall bladder stones & Kidney Stones
> Kidney stones:
Sufficient amount of fluids in any form helps to keep away from stones in the urinary system.
Never allow dehydration.
One should always carry at least a liter of water in a bottle with him/her so that the problem of dehydration does not arise.
If there is infection of urinary tract, take the curative treatment in full course.
These two things are known to avoid the kidney stones.
Gall stones:
Small frequent meals- 4 times a day is theoretically known to avoid gall stones.
Fatty, obese people are known to have more incidences of gall stones.
Hormonal changes, imbalances are also known to cause and hence if such a problem occurs, always take an appropriate opinion and treatment as this frequently occurs in female.
In old days the adage was fatty female of forty: although others too are getting stones due to changes in diet, composition, change in genetics of the vegetables, excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides - all these together have changes the scenario and hence the predisposition of all sort of diseases at an early stage and age.
Hence most probably finding and eating organic foods with small quantities of filtered oils- not the refined one can help avoid bile stones.
Do not stop oil, one needs it for normal body function and also to have sweets and fried things on festivals is not to be avoided.

what Food habit, what to eat and what not to eat.
> As just discussed above and in addition:
No junk and outside food- you never know what they add on to make it tasty and crispy.
No oily, fried foods. Occasional is allowed as on festivals.
Use filtered oil where it is only filtered and no chemicals added - not the refined oil as it is processed with chemical and again one does not know what chemical processes has been done.

What exercises:
Depends upon the age, choice, situation one is in:
Regular exercises are known to keep the bodily functions, hormonal balance and homeostasis well in control.
The simplest are:
Brisk walking - alone.
Cycling - as exercises or to be used for daily nearby commuting.
Running.
Swimming
Joining gym nearby
- So start on anything whichever suits a certain person as per the gender, age, preferences, social and so on - the motto is to exercise. Ideally done on daily basis.

I hope, this answer helps you, answers you queries. This is in addition to what we already discussed in previous interactions. There are no certain foods that either increase or reduce the chances of stone formation. It is the quality of the foods and beverages, the additives used in them that decide the outcome.
