The fasting blood sugar and the HbA1c are in the prediabetic range. This means that they would not classify you as a diabetic but as a prediabetic--- you are at risk of developing diabetes in the future.
The exact point at which this would occur is not known for any prediabetic, it can be weeks, months or years.
The time from prediabetes to diabetes can be lengthened by diet changes, exercise and a medication called metformin.
The metformin may not be needed now since the HbA1c is just, just into the prediabetic range but it can be considered if it progresses
Now you would focus mainly on diet changes and exercise to prevent the prediabetes and this would work with the medication to help with the cholesterol.

Kindly let me know what food should I consume to prevent myself from getting diabetes.
I take only breakfast & lunch(sometimes towards evening) and for dinner i take only fruits and veggies.
I don't take anything else other than this.

Using a lot of fruits and vegetables is great and should be continued.
Reducing your carbohydrates (you do not need to cut it out completely, just reduce),would help.
This would be bread, rice, pasta, biscuits, potato, carbonated drinks, some juices.
Is it ok to do cycling?
I will completely stop taking rice, pasta, biscuits etc.

The dinner menu mentioned (tomatoes, cucumber, watermelon, other fruits/vegetables) along with the bread , sounds fine, healthy

Boils are most commonly due to infection of hair follicles.
Bacteria normally lives on the skin, if the bacteria on the skin should enter into the skin through any small cut or scratch mark or abrasion then an infection can occur.
Clean twice daily with a mild anti septic and apply a topical antibiotic twice daily.
If there is no improvement then you would need to see your doctor for an oral antibiotic
no, this is not related to cholesterol
