Question: I have doctor's report of the tests conducted so far about this adrenal tumor. See the attachment.

Hello dear.
I will suggest 24 hour urine VMA, metanephrines and catecholamines test to look for pheochromocytoma. Also plasma metanephrines test will be of help You had history of hypertension which was stable now and also history of syncope, so pheochromocytoma will be a possibility. If tests are positive then you will require endocrinologist consultation and some medicines for medical stabilisation prior to surgery.
Ultimate treatment will be surgical removal of tumor.
