Suggest Medication For Anal Fissure Apart From Itraconazole, Sitcom And Forcan

Question: I have anal fissure for some time ( 1 year now ) and during medication and applying various creams develop itching around anal areas and due to rubbing it get worst and developed rashes and wounds . Some time back a doctor suggested to apply ITRACONAZOLE CREAM 1% - AFITRA which I m applying for more than 15 days but it's not healing wounds . Earlier for Anal fissure I used to apply CREMA GEL ( Diltiazem Gel 2% ) which now give burning sensation as few wounds/ cuts are open . Also I have taken course of couple of tablets like 1. SITCOM 2. FORCAN -200 and ALLEGRA for 7 days but healing of rashes and wounds is not happening . Please suggest some ointment and tablets to heal the effected area

Itaconazole is an antifungal and has no role in healing of fissure or wound.
I would suggest you to use-
Tablet Cefixime 400 mg twice daily(A broad spectrum anti bacterial medicine cephalosporin).A open wound at site of fissure acts as a source of infevtion therefore antibiotic should be taken to take care of it.
Tab chymoral forte 1 tablet thrice daily-Its a wound healer and speeds up recovery of wound.
Ointment dresin to be applied locally over the area three times a day.It contains antiprotozoal antibacterial and wound healer.
Tab folvite 5 mg once daily contains folic acid helpful in wound healing.
Tab celin 500 mg once daily contains vitamin C and helps in wound healing.

Take it for 5 days.

If possible please attach a clear picture of area with follow up.

They are all easily available at any XXXXXXX pharmacy.
