Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You seem to be suffering from cervical radiculopathy caused by compression of nerve root exiting from cervical spine.

The treatment depends upon symptoms and associated signs on examination.

Neck isometric exercises should be done daily.

Drugs like Pregabalin or Amitryptiline or Gabapentin helps.
For acute pain pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac or etoricoxib can be used with muscle relaxant.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
