Question: my husband had stent on april 8.today he has slight cold with cough.what medications are advisible?

Is there any sputum (dry or wet cough) ?
Is there any breathlessness or fever ?

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be viral cold.
As such, cold with cough secondary to virus (most common cause), always self limiting, can be managed at home.
I suggest you to take over the counter tab. cetrizine (zyrtec 10mg) once daily (safe in cardiac patients) for couple of days. Along with that, please continue steam inhalation twice daily.
In case of wet cough (sputum), you may require antibiotics course.
