Question: I got cold having headache and nose is completely chocked, no thorat infection, no fever,only cold is there , kindly suggest some medicine.

I have gone through your query. Looks like you are suffering from common cold or flu.
You may take tablet PARACETAMOL 500 mg for thrice a day for the headache.
For the cold, you can take an antihistamine like LEVOCETRIZINE twice a day for a 3 days.
For the nasal congestion, you may instill 2 drops of XYLOMETAZOLINE decongestant nasal drops thrice a day for a period of 5 days. Do not use this drop for more than 5 days.
Also, steam inhalation will help you immensely.
