Suggest Medication For Ear Pain And Dizziness
Question: My ears hurt and dizzy. What medication do you recommend?

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizziness. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any ear discharge ?
Is your ear pain associated with vomiting ?

As per your clinical details, it appears to be labrynthitis secondary to ear drum infection.
I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get otoscopy ( status ear drum), vestibular tests ( to differentiate central or peripheral causes of vertigo). Depending on the examination, treatment can be started.
you may require antibiotics ( oral & aural) and anti vertigo medications, it should be taken under medical supervision.
Mean time, absolute bed rest to prevent accidental fall ( dizzy spells), pain killers like Brufen 400mg for pain ( twice daily), avoid water per ear ( plug it with dry cotton) to prevent ear reinfection.
