Suggest Medication For Erectile Dysfunction When On Isosorbide

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
There's no medication for ED that can be taken with isosorbide. The combination of the drugs used to treat ED (for example Viagra, Levitra, Cialis) with nitrates may cause severe hypotension and cardiogenic shock. This is why the combination of these drugs is contraindicated.
After reviewing the list of medications you are taking i would like to say that Furosemide and Metoprolol may be the cause of your ED.
If you were my patient I would recommend switching from isosorbide to Ranolazine (Ranexa). Ranexa will control the chest pain and can be taken safely with Viagra. Another treatment option is trimetazidine that also can be taken safely.
However before changing the therapy you should discuss with your cardiologist.
Wish your health!
