Brief Answer:
Ibuprofen 400 mg daily

Detailed Answer:
Hello.I have been through your qiestion and understand yoir concern.

Coadin is a very potent drug interfering with most of the drugs. Ketoconazole is the best treatment for pain but is not indicated when being under coumadin, like most of the NSAIDs. That is why the doctor prescribed you Tylenol which is not a pure NSAID, but maily acetaminophen. Even acetaminophen is not indicated if you are taking coumadin, recommending alternative treatments, because of their serious potential complications.

under these circumstances, I think the best NSAID in your case is ibuprofen XXXXXXX 400 mg daily.

Hope this helps
Best regards
