Thanks for the query to hcm,
if you have taken the pregnancy test after 7 days of your missed period i.e on 10th sept onwards and then the results are negative , then you are not pregnant at all AND you can take TAB PRIMOLUT-N 5mg twice a day for 5 days regularly and then stop. The menses shall resume within 7 days from the last day of stopping the drug.
Though it would be better advised to get a ultrasound pelvis to check for endometrial thickness first.

In that case you may take TAB MEDROXYPROGESTERONE ACETATE 10mg twice a day for 5 days. Or TAB REGESTERONE 5mg twice a day for 5 days.

Abortion drugs cannot be prescribed online and they have to be undertaken in supervision of a gynaecologist only after an ultrasound confirmation of the pregnancy inside the uterus and not in the tubes( ectopic).
So get a urine pregnancy test done again and see if its negative then you can take the above mentioned meds else don't take then at all as then in pregnancy they would support the pregnancy further as they are progesterones.
If test is positive then you should visit your local gynaecologist for the needful.
