Suggest Medication For Numbness In Legs With History Of Spinal Stenosis

are there more effective meds for this condition which will keep my feet awake...or exercises I can do in conjuction with effective meds
Forward flexion exercises are very helpful
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Physiotherapy with forward flexion exercises are very helpful. Regular exercise is very important, so do it often – at least three times a week for about 30 minutes. Start slowly with flexion-based (forward-bending) exercises. As you begin to feel stronger, add walking or swimming to your plan.
Gabapentin (Neurontin) and pregabalin (Lyrica) are effective medicine to control the nerve pain. Cortisone (steroid) injections in the lumbar spine, referred to as epidural injections, can also reduce the symptoms by decreasing inflammation and swelling around the nerve tissue.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
