Suggest Medication For Pain After Muscle Pull
Question: Hello doctor, I am XXXXXXX my age is 29. Daily I am going to gym for losing a weight. Last week in a gym I forgot to do warm up then I started pull-ups after that work out my neck got pain. But I can rotate my head without any pain. But only if Ian go to bed my neck got pain wat to do for pain relief sir pls give me a solution.

this will give the neck muscles a time to heal
most likely you have pulled your muscles
And this will need
a, rest
b, some muscle relaxants and
c. cold compress.
A combination of these will definitely help you.
If you dont feel odd about it, using a cervical collar for a few days will help heal faster

Thank you doctor. But in normal times my neck is not paining. Only after wake ups.
