What Is It Be Done For Spinous Process Fracture?
I was in a surfing accident and have a C4 spinous process fracture---they have released me from the emergency room with a neck brace. I have not been able to get in to a neurologist yet (this happened 3 days ago). Not having any unusual symptoms but wondering specifically what I can and can t do.

Spinus process fracture can be managed by rest and immobilization. Surgical fixation may not be required in most of the cases. Consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
