For acne I usually recommend my patients to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply Adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples at bedtime.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of your face so that I can grade the severity of your acne and can guide you accordingly.
Besides this avoid cosmetics, facials and cleansing, avoid sugary foods, hot humid weather and oiling of scalp.
