Suggest Medication For Restless Leg Syndrome
Question: Can I use 300 or 600 mg of Gralise for RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome)? Or Ropinrole 1mg? Or Mirapex ER 0.375 mg?

Dopa agonist class of medication like Pramipexole or Ropinirole are usually the first choice alternative in the treatment of restless legs syndrome. Mirapex ER is also Pramipexole, only a slow release form. Belonging all in the same group their efficacy should be more or less similar. If Pramipexole has not been effective chances are that other medication of the same class won't have a major benefit either.
As for gabapentin (Gralise) it is not of the same class. If Pramipexole hasn't been effective then Gralise is an option which could be considered instead. dosages may vary, usually it is started by lower dosages like 300 mg, and if not effective it may be attempted to gradually increase it.
